After Dark Landscape Lighting provides users with SMS communications related to appointment confirmations, service updates, project notifications, and customer support messages when users opt in to receive text messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 (208) 870-5655. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

  3. 3. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and access to their property necessary for us to fulfill the requested services. Clients should also ensure their property is prepared for service and maintain any installed systems as instructed.
  4. 4. Data Privacy and Security: We prioritize your privacy and adhere to strict data protection standards. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle and protect your personal information. We comply with applicable laws regarding the collection and use of personal data.

  6. 6. Fees and Payment: Fees for services will be as agreed upon in the specific service agreement or contract. All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless stated otherwise. Late payments may incur a late fee after 30 days. If any issues arise, clients are encouraged to contact our billing department.
  7. 7. Intellectual Property: All designs, installation plans, and other deliverables remain the intellectual property of After Dark Landscape Lighting unless otherwise agreed. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or usage of our intellectual property is prohibited.
  8. 8. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary or sensitive information exchanged in the course of doing business. This confidentiality obligation remains in effect after the termination of services.
  9. 9. Liability and Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by law, After Dark Landscape Lighting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
  10. 10. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice of 30 days. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due, and access to any proprietary systems or designs provided by After Dark Landscape Lighting will be revoked.
  11. 11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Idaho, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of Idaho.
