Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
  9. 9. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due, and access to any proprietary systems or designs provided by After Dark Landscape Lighting will be revoked.
  10. 10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Idaho, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of Idaho.
